Order processing and confirmation 

We process orders within 5 business days after they are received. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order and tracking information. 

Shipping methods

We provide a range of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited and express shipping. These options will be shown to you during the checkout process. 

Delivery dates 

Typically, it takes 7 – 10 days for you to be delivered, in standard delivery. In expedited delivery it usually takes 7 – 10 business days for your order to be delivered, and in express delivery it is expected to arrive within 5 business days after it’s shipped, depending on your location.
